If you have already submitted an Application for Graduation, please do not submit an additional application. See below for instructions.

If you need to update and/or change any information previously provided on your Application for Graduation (for example: catalog, major, minor, completion term, address or phone number etc.) please contact Academic Records at 701-502-4389 or email johnna.douthit@dickinsonstate.edu.

To ensure your candidacy, please complete the following:

Verify your catalog year by logging in to http://dickinsonstate.edu/campusconnection, then on your Student Homepage navigate to "Academic Progress" and then verify the year listed (as shown below)
Print a copy of your current Academic Advisement Report (AAR)
Contact your primary academic advisor and make an appointment to review your AAR to confirm requirements will be met by the end of your intended completion term.
When appropriate, apply for graduation by the published deadline date:
- February 1st – Spring and Summer graduation
- September 1st – Fall graduation
